The City of Newcastle is seeking an experienced and passionate Business/Finance administrator to support the Finance Officer within our Waste and Commercial Collections team at our Summerhill Waste Management Centre.
As the Commercial Collections Finance Support Officer, you will have the opportunity to provide your expertise and support to the operational areas of the Waste Services Business Unit by providing Finance support to our Waste Services accounts team, ensuring the effective administration of systems and processes with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.
This position will see you work both in and out of the office as you will also assist with our Service Verification Process (SVP) by attending commercial customer's locations to update key bin identifiers, completing auditing, verifying key bin identifiers including the bin number, implementing RFID and QR codes for each individual service and verifying customer accounts.
