Client based in JHB north seeks the services of Field Sales Representative.Duties & ResponsibilitiesExperience:
1. Sales or Business Development Experience: Ideally, the candidate should have 1-3 years of experience in field sales, business development, or a related role. Experience in
high-paced environments is highly beneficial.
2. Customer Engagement: Experience interacting directly with customers, identifying their needs, and pitching solutions effectively.
3. Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with mobile apps, digital platforms, and CRM tools will be advantageous, as the role involves guiding potential Uber drivers through the
onboarding process and leveraging Uber’s technology.
Skills:

Excellent Communication Skills: The candidate must be capable of conducting info sessions and outbound calls to explain Uber’s value proposition clearly and persuasively.
2. Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills to manage partnerships and maintain long-term relationships with drivers, prospective drivers, and third-party partners.
3. Problem-Solving: The candidate should be proactive in identifying issues in the field and finding practical solutions, especially around scaling driver acquisition processes
across multiple cities.
4. Project Management: The ability to multitask and manage multiple drivers at different stages of the onboarding journey, while collaborating with both local and central teams.
