A solar solutions company based in Rosebank is in search of a dynamic Outbound Sales Call Centre Manager to lead the change in developing the sales team within the Call Centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting and executing a robust Telesales strategy and nurturing a team of Telesales Agents. In order to take this very ambitious company to new levels of sales.
There is no salary stipulated on the advert as the client doesnt want to use a salary bracket to deter amazing candidates from applying. The client will assess a current salary and make an offer better than current salary.
They are also willing to offer incentives and bonus's based on the teams performance.Duties & ResponsibilitiesThe requirements for the role are:
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in insurance, sales, or marketing
- At least 5 years of experience in a Telesales Manager role or a similar position within a sales department or call centre
- Proven expertise in cold calling, warm calling, and initiating business opportunities
- A keen understanding of the latest industry trends and developments
- Stellar communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Excellent time management and organisational abilities
- Robust leadership skills with a knack for inspiring teams
- The capacity to multitask and navigate stressful situations with ease
- A highly motivated and detail-oriented approach
- The ability to thrive under pressure
- Zendesk experience is a bonus; proficiency with systems is essential
- Independence and a collaborative spirit in equal measure
- A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
Key responsibilities:
- Building and leading a team, setting clear goals,
and motivating them to exceed targets
- Establishing and monitoring performance against KPIs
- Leading by example to foster inspiration and drive
- Collaborating with the team to reach out to prospective customers, assisting in closing sales
- Spearheading the recruitment and training of new Telesales agents, ensuring they are well equipped to excel
- Implementing innovative sales strategies, monitoring their effectiveness, and making adjustments to optimise results
- Generating sales reports to keep track of progress
- Reworking sales scripts to enhance communication
- Addressing urgent requests or queries promptly, overseeing quality and quantity of customer interactions
- Coordinating daily tasks and workflows
- Self-imposed initiatives to boost conversion rates and revenue growth
