Duties & Responsibilities
- Achieve Sales Target;
- Monitor the dealer sales progress and take active actions to achieve the sales targets;
- Dealer Visits;
- Identify high-priority dealers by analyzing them using a stratified dealer control scheme, visit these high-priority dealers; and show them methods to be used in order to achieve the sales target sustainably;
- Implement and maintain Parts operations standards throughout Dealer network;
- Check parts payment of parts for each dealer and remind dealers if there is any
delay;
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Matric;
- Relevant technical qualifications with experience in parts and accessories;
- Effective communication and Interpersonal Relations skills;
