Duties & Responsibilities
My client is on the lookout for a Junior Accountant to jump on board for a 4-month contract. If you’re ready to roll up your sleeves and dive into the exciting world of finance, this is the role for you! You’ll help keep the financial ship sailing smoothly while learning the ropes in the mining sector.
- Daily Cash Book updating and Bank Reconciliations
- Debtors and Creditors updating
- Creditors Reconciliations
- Payroll Journal Entries
- Preparation and submission of VAT
- Filing of company documents
- General Office Administration
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Requirements: Knowledge of Sage One Business Cloud is a must
- Qualification: Diploma in Accounting / Degree
- Drivers Licence: Code 8 and own Transport
- Minimum Work Experience: 3 years working in Accounts Department
- Added Advantage: Knowledge of Sage Business Cloud Payroll
