Position Overview:
As a Counter Sales Associate, you will engage with customers, handle transactions, and provide expert advice on our range of products. Your role is vital in delivering an exceptional in-store experience.
Industry: Retail - Cannabis Coffee Shops & Vaping
Hours: 10/11 am. - 21/22 PM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with product selection and provide outstanding customer service.
- Handle transactions using POS systems and manage cash flow.
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure organized product displays.
- Promote a welcoming and clean store environment.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in cannabis and vaping.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a retail environment,
ideally in the cannabis or vaping industry (candidates without this experience will not be considered).
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash management.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Matric or equivalent qualification.
- Immediate availability to start.
