* Willing to travel NATIONALLY from time to
time - Valid Driver's License
* Fluent in Afrikaans & English
LEGAL:
* Advice & Assist with All Legal Matters for all
Companies in the Group
* Attending to:
Drafting of Legal Opinion
Drafting and receiving of Contracts
Legal Advice regarding BCEA
Attending to Board Meetings - Travelling will
be involved
* Issuing & Filing of CIPC Documentation
* Ensure Compliance in terms of the Companies
Act
HR:
* Employee Relations; Provide advice on HR
Issues
* Industrial Relations: Disciplinary Code &
Policies
* Deal with Bargaining Council & Unions
* Recruitment
* Training & Development
* Company Policies & Procedures
* Employment Equity
* Submissions of Injuries on Duty/ Annual Return on
Compensation Fund
* Attending to CCMA matters, Drafting of Notices,
Attending Arbitration & Settling of Matters
* Overseeing the Payroll Function
* Office Manager at Head Office
* Clean Criminal & Credit record - will be verifiedPackage & RemunerationMonthly
