- 2-4 years of experience in backup and recovery or IT support roles.
- Familiarity with backup technologies is a plus.

Key Responsibilities
- Backup Strategy Development: Design a comprehensive backup strategy that aligns with data protection policies and recovery objectives.
- Backup Management and Monitoring: Oversee backup processes, ensuring successful completion and reliability through regular testing.
- Disaster Recovery Planning: Collaborate on disaster recovery plans and participate in drills to validate and enhance recovery strategies.
- Data Recovery Operations: Respond to data loss incidents, executing recovery procedures and providing technical support.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation of processes and generate reports for management review.
- Training and Awareness: Educate IT staff on best practices and promote awareness of data protection importance.
