Introduction
We are looking for an experienced External Sales Rep to join our dynamic team!
Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with customers to generate new business by means of telephone calls, in-person visits and presentations to prospective customers.
- Plan and organize personal sales strategy.
- Develop clear and effective written proposals/quotations for prospective customers when necessary.
- Must be prepared to travel.
Brief description of key performance areas
- Ability to interact effectively with customers (especially to influence negotiations) and to develop co-operative relationship with all relevant internal and external stakeholders
- Understanding of marketing and strategy formulization
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Self starter and able to work independently
- Attention to detail
- Good timekeeping and Day/Weekly planning
- Meeting sales targets.
- Collaborate with colleagues to exchange information, such as selling strategies or marketing information.
- Expanding the full product offering to customers
Desired Experience & Qualification
- A minimum Grade 12 certificate.
- At least 3 years of general external sales experience.
- Computer literacy.
- Driver’s License.
Package & Remuneration
We offer a market related salary, depending on experience.
