Duties & Responsibilities
- Direct and control the company’s operations and to give strategic guidance and direction to the Group
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the Group’s operations.
- Maintaining strong relationships with current clients while driving business growth by expanding the company's client base into other industries where the service offering is required and new countries beyond our borders.
- Strategic Planning and overall business development. Develop and implement a comprehensive business strategy to expand the Group's client base, across all companies, within the groups industry and across Africa.
- Client Relationship Management. Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients in the industry, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Operational Management. Oversee day-to-day operations, including financial management, resource allocation, and performance tracking.
- Financial Performance. Ensure the overall financial health and performance of the group, including regular reporting.
- Team Development and Leadership. Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team capable of delivering exceptional services to all clients across the industry
Desired Experience & Qualification
Minimum Requirements: Work Experience
- Extensive experience (15+years) in the training industry with a focus on skills development in a commercial environment.
- Proven track record of successfully growing a business, expanding into new markets, and generating revenue.
- Strong knowledge of security, cash-in-transit, cash and learnership industry standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team across various locations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyse market trends, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally, as required.
Minimum Requirements: Education
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, security management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Intermediate – Advanced Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- PSIRA Registration advantageous.
- Valid Driver’s License
