Our client
a Maritime & Logistics internationally recognized freight-forwarding
business, specializing in custom supply chain solutions, logistics, warehousing
and ships agency has a position available for a professional, dedicated and
well-spoken individual to fill the position to join their company.
KEY
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Address customer inquiries and resolve issues
in a timely manner.
·
Prepare regular reports on sales activities.
·
Provide insights and feedback to improve
sales strategies.
·
Attend industry events, trade shows, and
networking functions to promote the company and build connections.
·
Collaborate with marketing to enhance brand
awareness.
·
Stay informed about the company’s products or
services, industry trends, and competitors.
·
Be able to effectively communicate product
benefits.
·
Participate in training sessions.
·
Work closely with other departments to align
sales.
Qualifications & Experience:
·
Bachelor's Degree: A degree in business
administration, logistics, supply chain management, maritime studies, or a
related field is preferred.
·
Internships or Entry-Level Experience: Prior
experience in logistics, shipping, or customer service is advantageous.
Knowledge:
·
Understanding of all maritime operations.
·
Familiarity with the global shipping
landscape and key maritime routes.
·
Knowledge of supply chain processes..
·
Understanding of inventory management and
order fulfilment strategies.
·
Awareness of international shipping
regulations, customs laws, and safety standards.
·
Understanding of documentation requirements
for shipping and customs clearance.
·
Insight into current trends affecting the
maritime and logistics industry, such as digitalization, sustainability, and
emerging markets.
·
Ability to analyse market conditions.
·
Basic understanding of sales strategies,
relationship management, and negotiation tactics specific to the logistics
sector.
Skills Required:

Capability to analyse industry trends.
·
Ability to interpret sales data.
·
Ability to prioritize tasks.
·
Flexibility to adjust strategies.
·
Understanding of industry terminology,
processes, and regulations.
