Dump Truck Product Support Specialist with minimum 4 years' experience with electrical or hydraulics of Rigid Dump Trucks, required to provide technical support to dealer networks and end users and to upskill all delegates through technical and system training.
Minimum requirements:
- Qualified Millwright/Earthmoving Equipment Mechanic Trade essential
- Engineering Certificate (NQF5) preferred
- 2 years' Training/Facilitator experience with qualification advantageous
- Minimum 4 years' earthmoving experience with hydraulics or electrical required
- 4 years' troubleshooting and fault finding experience essential
- Valid license and clear criminal and credit record with valid passport required.
Responsibilities:
- Claims - receive and investigate technical claims and determine of claim is warrantable, perform background checks and act as first judge
- Field Information Reports
- Service Bulletins
- Technical Support to dealers
- Special projects - machine assemblies, physical technical investigation or change outs
