Duties and Responsibilities
Maintenance of Customer and Vendor KYC informationDaily processing of customer & Vendor Sales contracts and Purchase orders and submission to Counterparties Pastel processing - All steps from capturing sales order, purchase order, inbound, Supplier Invoices and invoicing Ensuring creditor payments are timeously and correctly processed, reconciled and captured, which may includeVessel Outturn and Demurrage invoicing and Credit notesReceiving transporter invoices, updating required reports,
towards processing for paymentReconciling of weight differences and necessary weight claims for transporters and clients per load, plus email correspondence for the sameProcessing all other creditors for Services, Commodity and Miscellaneous creditorsMaintaining record of Creditors provisionsDaily and Accurate Monitoring of accounts for Client & Vendors, which serves as a key part of operationsMaintaining Logistics execution reports against contracts Daily Capturing of Bank statements Capturing & Reconciling a few General Finance / Office Administrative tasks items Maintain Filing of all Hard copy Document (creditors / supplier invoices, invoices,credit notes, contractsLiaise with internal departments to ensure smooth process flow of all business processesTraining related to future developmentAd hoc Relief of logistics Officer admin duties
Minimum Requirements
Education and Experience
Intermediate to Advance computer literacy (Microsoft Office) Pastel experience (Advantage) Relevant tertiary qualification in supply chain (Advantage)
Min 2 years work experience required
