Pharmacy Support Officer, Department of Health. Launceston, Launceston& North East TAS. Pharmacy (Healthcare & Medical). Government - State(Government & Defense). Full time. $95,393-$100,067 per annum + 11.5%superannuation. The Pharmacy Support Officer will support theadministrative aspects of day-to-day hospital pharmacy operations,including human resources, recruitment, rostering, budgeting, contractmanagement, and procurement.Oversee and support the administrative aspects of day-to-day hospitalpharmacy operations across the pharmacy departments at the relevanthospitals.
Undertake recruitment and human resource processes forhospital pharmacy services statewide and manage the hospital pharmacyoperations establishment, including variations to establishment andhuman resource funding mechanisms.Coordinate purchasing, accounts payable, accounts receivable(including cash sales), and all other financial functions within thepharmacies, including the supervision of relevant staff.Oversee Pharmacy-specific human and operational resource informationsystems such as leave calendars, rosters and equipment registers toensure that they are appropriate, accurate and up-to-date.Ensure that the operational component of the Pharmacy Department ismanaged efficiently and that opportunities for revenue raising areutilised.Note: Please refer to the Statement of Duties for all the selectioncriteria of this position to address in your application. Permanent, full-time, day worker position working 76hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible. position could bebased at any of the four Pharmacy sites, depending on location ofsuccessful applicant,
