Project Manager Job DescriptionThe Project Manager's responsibilities include working closely with our Professional Services Team to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes, and budgets for projects. You will perform various coordinating tasks, schedules, and risk management, along with administrative duties, maintaining project documentation.Duties & ResponsibilitiesDevelop a detailed project plan, uploaded to Numata's CRM, to monitor and track progress.Maintain and monitor project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets,
and expenditures.Manage and own IT Roadmap for key clients and meet with clients and stakeholders regularly to ensure the projects are completed as required.Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings.Prepare necessary presentation materials for meetings.Ensure project deadlines are met.Determine project changes.Provide administrative support as needed.Undertake project tasks as required.Develop project strategies.Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution.Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members.Conduct Project Closure meetings with all clients.Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.Ensure resource availability and allocation.Report and escalate to management as needed.Desired Experience & QualificationDegree or Diploma in Project Management or IT Related Field of Study and/or 3 years relevant experience.Package & RemunerationMarket related salary.
