Our client in the Hospitality industry is currently looking for a Spa Receptionist, in Cape Town, Western Cape.
- Guest Reception & Engagement: Welcome and check-in spa guests, ensuring a seamless, warm, and professional arrival experience.
- Appointment Management: Schedule and manage spa appointments, coordinating with therapists and maintaining an organized booking system.
- Concierge Services: Provide information about the spa's treatments, services, and products, ensuring guests are fully informed to make personalized choices.
- Sales & Upselling: Promote and sell spa treatments, packages, and retail products, meeting sales targets while maintaining the highest levels of service.
- Payment Handling: Process guest payments,
handle billing inquiries, and accurately complete daily cash-ups.
- Guest Satisfaction: Address and resolve guest concerns or complaints promptly, ensuring a positive and luxurious spa experience.
- Facility Management: Ensure the spa reception and waiting areas are pristine, stocked with amenities, and reflect the high standards of a 5-star environment.
- Administrative Duties: Maintain guest records, input data into spa management software, and generate reports as needed.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Spa Receptionist or in a similar role within a luxury hotel or spa.
- Knowledge of spa treatments and wellness practices is highly advantageous.
Skills:
- Proficient in using spa booking software and MS Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with high-end clientele.
- Strong organizational skills, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

and well-groomed to reflect the image of a luxury 5-star establishment.
- Friendly, approachable, with a warm and welcoming demeanour
- Detail-oriented and committed to delivering exceptional guest service.
- Additional Requirements:
- Ability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Up to R8000 per month.
