REQUIREMENTS 1. Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications (or related field) 2. 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally within the FMCG industry. 3. Strong experience in content creation, corporate branding, digital advertising, and offline campaigns. 4. Demonstrated success in managing digital and traditional marketing initiatives from concept to execution. 5. Proven ability to manage marketing budgets and analyse performance data to optimize spend.
REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES 1. Content Development: Expertise in creating and managing engaging content across multiple formats (written, visual, video). 2. Branding & Corporate Identity: Strong understanding of corporate identity and brand management. 3. Digital Marketing: In-depth knowledge of SEO/SEM, PPC, social media advertising, and other digital marketing tools. 4. Offline Marketing: Experience with traditional advertising platforms, including print, radio, and in-store promotions. 5. Leadership & Teamwork: Proven ability to lead a team and collaborate across departments. 6. Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical skills with a focus on campaign performance, customer insights, and ROI analysis. 7. Project Management: Excellent organizational skills, able to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
