Manager, Collections Optimisation - Business and Commercial Banking SA Job Overview Business Segment: Business & Commercial Banking
Location: ZA, GP, Johannesburg, Simmonds Street 3
To align and optimise end-to-end collections strategies and processes for Early Stage and Late Stage across products for Business and Commercial Banking SA.
Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Type of Qualification: First Degree
Field of Study: Accounting, Math, Stats, IT, Actuarial Science, Economics, Engineering
Experience Required Credit Collections 5-7 Years of experience in analytical work (ideally in Credit Risk). Experience in managing a credit portfolio; managing credit risk. Understanding of the credit value chain.
Experience in SAS or SQL is essential. Experience in Power BI and Qlikview will be advantageous. 3+ years of experience in an analytical role. Collections knowledge is advantageous. Project Management Skill. Credit/Banking product knowledge. Must have strong leadership skills.
