apply now!Responsibilities & Desired SkillsRESPONSIBILITIESDevelop and execute strategies to deliver exceptional client service, ensuring high service quality and client satisfaction.Lead, oversee, and coach the client service team to achieve both individual and team performance objectives.Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and exceeding their expectations.Manage client service contracts and agreements, ensuring adherence and timely renewals.Engage with cross-functional teams such as sales, marketing, product development, and operations to enhance client service delivery and promptly address any client-related issues.Monitor and assess client service performance metrics, generate reports, and implement strategies for continuous improvement.Spearhead client service projects, including the integration of new technologies or processes to enhance service delivery.Ensure efficient processes are utilized to achieve desired outcomes within our service-oriented business area.Serve as the escalation point for client queries and incidents.Coordinate and oversee specific external vendors and agencies.SKILLSInnovative approach to exploring new support channels, technologies, and best practices.Strong verbal and written communication skills, adept at conveying complex information clearly and concisely.Analytical prowess to identify root causes of issues and implement effective solutions.Proficiency with CRM systems and client support software.Expertise in handling client escalations and conflict resolution.Demonstrated leadership qualities with a compassionate approach.Ability to nurture a positive team culture and collaborate effectively with colleagues.Resilience and stress management skills to thrive in demanding client support environments.Desired Experience & QualificationEDUCATION REQUIREMENTSQualification in Engineering or Human Resources.EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTSSuccessful track record of 5+ years in a client-facing leadership role.Experience with managing multi-disciplinary engineering teams.Proven track record in overseeing the successful implementation of large projects within the solar PV industry or renewables.Package & RemunerationZAR800k - ZAR1.3mil CTC per annum.Interested?Unfortunately, we don't have the capacity to respond to everyone with the amount of applicants we receive.
