Procurement CoordinatorThe main purpose of the procurement coordinator is to co-ordinate procurement process from internal requirements to receiving the orders at premises.The Company: One of a few qualified and highly specialized distributors of the top international Broadband, Wireless, Networking and VoIP brands, continually expanding product offerings with a strong reputation and proven track record in the ICT industry, trusted by leading ISPs and network operators across Southern Africa.Duties & ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities:Supplier pricing updates in AcumaticaLocal and International Purchase order processing with correct incoterms and named placesSubmit Proforma invoices/order confirmation to Accounts for Cash in Advance SuppliersETA updates in Acumatica for shipments in transitNotify forwarder/s of shipments for bookings to be madeComplete clearing instructions for Customs clearing and check clearing documents for correctnessObtain estimates for freight from forwardersTrack and trace international parcelsArrange collection of local supplier orders placed if not delivered by themBuild multiple contact relationships with suppliersComplete all processes for duties assigned in a timely and accurate fashionMaintain workplace health and safety requirementsEvaluate and recommend changes in work methods to increase productivity in department or inter-departmentEnsure excellent supplier and customer serviceMaintain archiving of documents per yearDesired Experience & QualificationRequirements:Must be proficient with English and AfrikaansCompleted MatricCompleted Qualification in Logistics or Supply ChainCompleted Qualification in ProcurementOwn reliable transport with a valid driver's licenseEffective verbal and listening communication skillsPlanning and execution skillsMaintain standards of conductBe respectful and honestPossess cultural and political awareness and sensitivityBe flexibleDemonstrate sound work ethicsPeople skillsSupplier and customer serviceWell organizedSelf-starter (does not need full-time supervision)Adhering to safety practicesPackage & RemunerationThe Position: We're looking for a Procurement Coordinator to be based permanently in Centurion.
