We are currently recruiting for an experienced Accounting Clerk to handle both Debtors and Creditors functions. The ideal candidate will be proficient in using Pastel and Microsoft Excel and will bring a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.

- Manage the full accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
- Process and record invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Maintain and update customer and supplier accounts.
- Liaise with customers and suppliers to resolve queries and ensure smooth transactions.
- Assist in month-end, perpetual, and year end closing activities.
- Responsibilities:





Proven experience as an accounts clerk or similar role.
- Proficiency in Pastel accounting software is essential.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- The ability to use your initiative and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Honesty and confidentiality is an absolute must.

- Grade 12/ Matric.
- 2 years previous work experience as a Accounts Clerk with Debtors and Creditors exposure.
- Advantage but not a must would be previous Inventory Control/Stock Managment Experience.
- Be able to travel easily enough to the Stikland area.
