Join Our Client as a Temporary Bookkeeper/Data Capturer!
Our client in Centurion is looking for a detail oriented individual to cover maternity leave for six months (ending April , 2025).
In this role, you'll handle data entry , reconcile debtors' and creditors' accounts, Journal entries as well as keep up with the high volumes.
Ideal candidates should have a background in accounting or bookkeeping knowledge.

Minimum Requirements:
- Matric.
- Bookkeeping Certificate.
- Proficiency in Excel (create formulas and edit spreadsheets).
- Basic knowledge of debtors and creditors / bookkeeping
- Must reside in or near Centurion.
- Must be highly detail-oriented and highly accurate in all tasks.
- Must demonstrate neat and meticulous work habits.
- Impeccable Time Management Skills.
- Work well under pressure.
Responsibilities:
- Process and review journals daily (Income Statement and Balance Sheet).
- Analyse and review accuracy of site data and integrity of postings daily.
- Accurate and timeous site performance audits.
- Monitor, research, and report accounting discrepancies.
- Conduct internal revenue and expense reviews.
- Record estimated expense provisions daily in site management accounts.
- Accurately process revenue and/or expense accruals daily in site management accounts.
- Process Balance Sheet journals in terms of financial accounting rules.
- Perform Suspense Account reconciliations, investigate balances, and clear before finalising management accounts
- Reconcile Creditor Accounts.
- Reconcile Debtors Control Account balance with site aged debtors analysis or statements.
- Control Debtors and Creditors age analysis.
