My client is seeking an experienced IT Service Delivery Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure high standards of service delivery. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with SLAs, understanding their importance and consistently exceeding expectations.
- The position is highly client-facing, so excellent communication and relationship management skills are critical.
- Additionally, the candidate must be able to prepare and deliver reports to various divisions within the company, ensuring transparency and effective service performance tracking.
- Willingness to work in a 24 x 7 environment.
- Grade 12, BEng/BTech in Information Technology.
- ITIL/ITSM and PMP Certification.
- Minimum 8 – 12 years in managing IT service delivery of large client relationship (800+Seats).
