My client is currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Administrator to join their finance team.

This role is based in Sandton, Johannesburg North.

Key Responsibilities:

- Processing invoices, receipts, and payments accurately and efficiently
- Managing accounts payable and receivable
- Reconciling bank statements and ensuring timely follow-up on discrepancies
- Maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the preparation of monthly reports
- Assisting with VAT returns and other financial statements






- Supporting the finance team with administrative tasks as needed
- Liaising with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve any finance-related queries

Requirements:

- Completed Matric
- Certificate/Diploma/Degree in accounting.
- 4 years' experience needed as an Accounts Clerk is essential.
