Our client, a long-standing law firm, seeks your accounting experience to undertake a range of basic financial and administrative tasks. The role operates in a team environment, and you will work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
Minimum Job Requirements:
- Grade 12 (Matric) essential.
- Minimum 1 year Accounts Clerk experience.
- Experience working in a Law Firm an added advantage.

- CMS
- Microsoft Office Suite
- numeracy, literacy and accounting skills
- Administrative and clerical procedures and systems

Duties and Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Accounts Manager:
- Administration Management - Accurate & Timeous Capture of:
- Postages and petties
- Cancellation of write off
- Bill Reversal and Reverse transfer
- Money transfers
- Disbursement movement and edit
- Reconcile and balance bonds
- Write-Off - Accurate & Timeous Capture of:
- Interest
- Bill
- Soft/hard disbursement and minus fees
- Petty Cash:
- Disbursements, replenishment, and petty cash count
- Ensure petty cash transactions are recorded daily
- Reconcile and balance petty cash
- Courier and Travel:
- Skynet and SWE - reconcile, capture, balance and make payments
- Check CMS and capture travel vouchers
R144 000.00 per annum (cost to company)
