As the Administrator you will be responsible for the below:

- Overseeing office operations, supplies, and equipment.
- Handling phone calls, emails, filing, and correspondence.
- Managing calendars, meetings, and appointments.






- Maintaining accurate records and files.
- Serving as a contact for clients, employees, and stakeholders.
- Drafting reports, presentations, and letters.
- Monitoring office supplies and placing orders as needed.
- Assisting with financial tasks like invoices and petty cash.
- Ensuring policies and procedures are followed.
- Assisting with IT issues and coordinating with support.
- Helping with recruitment, on boarding, and employee records.

Job Experience and Skills Required:
Completed Diploma in Accounting and related field.
5+ years' experience in similar role.
Automotive experience will be an advantage.
