We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Person to join our team in Silverton, Pretoria. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing in-store and over-the-counter sales, and assisting customers with their purchases, particularly in the paint and equipment retail sector.
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage in-store and over-the-counter sales transactions.
- Provide knowledgeable advice on paint and equipment products.
- Maintain an organized and clean sales area.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Keep track of inventory and restock shelves as needed.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
- Assist in setting up displays and promotional materials.
- Grade 12 (Matric) certificate.
- Any additional certification or qualifications in Retail Sales are advantageous.
- Computer literate.
- Bilingual in English and Afrikaans.
- Previous experience in in-store and over-the-counter sales.
- Experience in paint and equipment retail sales is advantageous.
