About Us Our client is a FCAregulated claims management company that specializes in helping clients recover compensation for missold investments mortgages and pensions.
Role Overview They are looking for a Sales Representative/Appointment Setter to join their dynamic team.
This is a fully remote position where you will be responsible for making the initial contact with prospective clients qualifying leads and scheduling meetings.
The company has acquired a significant number of leads and data that need to be managed effectively.
Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective clients from a database of leads.





Qualify leads to determine their potential interest in our claims management services. Engage with potential clients explaining how we can assist with missold investments mortgages or pensions. Schedule appointments for the senior sales team or management to follow up. Ensure accurate and timely data entry into the CRM system(Pipedrive) Followup on unresponsive leads to reengage them where appropriate. Work closely with the sales and management team to provide feedback on lead quality and opportunities. Requirements Proven experience in a sales role within Financial Advisory firm/ Mortgage Brokerage firm/ Banking and financial institutions.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Strong ability to build rapport and handle objections confidently. Experience in managing high volumes of data and leads. Selfmotivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.





Familiarity with CRM tools and databases.
Pipedrive experience advantageous Targetdriven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales KPIs. Remote Work : No
