We're seeking a talented Contracts Manager to join our client's team in Cape Town. As a key member of the legal team, you'll play a crucial role in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts for our renewable energy projects.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Drafting and negotiating contracts for renewable energy projects and commercial agreements
- Providing legal and compliance advice to various departments
- Managing contractual disputes and conducting risk assessments
- Collaborating with internal teams and external legal counsel
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in law (LLB)
- Admission as an attorney
- 1-3 years post-admission experience
- Strong knowledge of South African contract law
- Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills
