Calling on all experienced Financial Accountants looking to advance their skill set within a leading global FMCG company.
My client prides itself on the production of varied fast moving consumer goods. Since their inception over 2 decades ago, they have manufactured products within the portfolio of edible and home and personal care in South Africa and in other African countries.
The successful incumbent will be responsible for handling the full financial accounting duties at head office level, with 5-7 indirect reports and reporting into the Group Financial Manager.
Job Experience & Skills Required:
- BCom
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role – preferably in a FMCG/food manufacturing environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Bank reconciliations
- General ledger up to Trial Balance
- VAT submissions and calculations
- Cashbook Management
- Fixed assets
- Tax
- Audit
- Month end
