We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Structural Engineer to join our Durban based client. In this role, you will play a vital part in bringing innovation and leadership to the structural team as Lead Structural Engineer.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) or Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Civil Engineering, with a focus on structural engineering.
- Professional Engineer (Pr. Eng.) registration with the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA).
- A minimum of 15 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years post-registration.
- Advanced proficiency in essential software programs:
- Autodesk AutoCAD & Revit (mandatory)
- Prokon (mandatory)
- Bonus points for:
- Expertise in Autodesk Revit for reinforcement detailing and creating families
- Prokon SUMO modelling and Microsoft Projects
- Knowledge of NHBRC rules and specifications
