Our client in the Retail Industry is looking for a Sales Administrator to join their Cape town office in Milnerton. Salary: R10 000 - R12 000 pm
Minimum Requirements:
- At least 2-years office administration experience or relevant role.
- Tertiary education compulsory
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent organizational / multitasking and Time Management skills
- Have good verbal (English& Afrikaans) and written communication skills.
- Be able to work under pressure.
- Highly detail orientated.
- Dedicated, Reliable & Trustworthy
Tasks:
- Support for Sales Teams and their Daily requirements.
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (emails/ letters/ office deliveries/ packages etc.
- Co-ordination of team meetings and all information required for the purpose
- Consolidate daily feedback required from all team members and submit completed Checklists timeously.
- Managing teams Travel arrangements.
- Team claims, leave forms and personal files updates to be done weekly.
- Assistance with trade shows, store visits and promotional events (as and when required only)
- Operating of the Cape town Office & factory Shop.
