Are you ready to take your sales career to the next level? Local BPO is seeking dynamic and driven Outbound Sales Agents to join our team! In this role, you’ll play a vital part in expanding our customer base and ensuring the seamless activation of customers’ accounts for one of the big 4 telecom companies.

you’ll help us maintain our reputation for excellence while driving sales and customer satisfaction.
We are looking for experienced MTN sales agents that has a minimum 3 years selling MTN products , Sim only deals, Mobile deals ,data only packages etc,
you would to have a proven track record of earning commissions with valid references,
you will be requested to bring along 3 payslips or bank statement pointing out commissions earned when dialing MTN,
requirements also include sober habits, no criminal records , strictly no drugs.
Key Responsibilities:
Cold Calling: Proactively reach out to potential customers to identify opportunities and promote our products and services.
Sales Activation: Ensure smooth activation of customers’ SIM cards, guiding them through the process and addressing any questions or concerns.
Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through effective cold calling and referral strategies.
Customer Engagement: Maintain daily contact with prospects, providing outstanding service and resolving any issues promptly.
Reporting:
Prepare regular reports on sales activities, performance metrics, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align marketing and promotional efforts, ensuring a cohesive approach to customer acquisition.
Skills We’re Looking For:
Proficient in sales processes and techniques.
Solid understanding of airtime or data contract from big 4 telecoms products and services.
Effective time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.
A proactive and adaptable mindset, with a focus on achieving targets.
