Marketplek is a dynamic SaaS agency making powerful digital tools accessible to small and medium-sized businesses across English-speaking countries. We offer affordable solutions like web design, reputation management, and conversational AI chatbots to empower businesses to grow.
We're seeking driven and passionate Appointment Setters and Sales Closers to help take our clients' success to the next level.
Positions Available:
1. Appointment Setter
2. Sales Closer
3. Both (candidates will be considered for both positions)

Key Responsibilities:
Appointment Setter:
- Conduct initial lead analysis (e.g., checking for website, reviews, chatbot status)
- Cold call businesses to schedule demo meetings
- Work closely with Sales Closers to ensure qualified leads are passed on efficiently
- Book at least 10 demo meetings per day, with a goal of converting 30% into sales
Sales Closer:
- Perform detailed lead analysis, gathering essential information before demos
- Close deals by presenting tailored solutions to prospective clients
- Work closely with Appointment Setters to refine lead quality and maximize conversions
- Close 30% of demo meetings
Requirements:
- Fluent in English with a neutral accent
- Ability to work flexible hours in US or other supported time zones
- Strong phone and/or Zoom communication skills
- Basic research and lead qualification abilities
- Smartphone with minimum internet speed of 6 Mbps (Appointment Setter)
- PC with minimum internet speed of 12 Mbps (Sales Closer)
- Previous sales or appointment setting experience is a plus
Compensation:
Appointment Setter:
- $25 (approximately R470*) per closed deal
- Average Monthly OTE: $1,575 (approximately R25,515*)
Sales Closer:
- $35 (approximately R658*) per closed deal
- Average Monthly OTE: $2,205 (approximately R35,721*)
Note: Earnings are paid bi-monthly, with a 10% International Transaction Fee (ITF) and USD/ZAR exchange rates applied.
