To service clients in PaarlYou can work from Cape Town but expected to go to Paarl at least twice a monthPURPOSE OF JOBContribute to the overall profitability of the business by assisting advisory partners with the supporting documentations and compliance requirements of existing and new clients. Ensuring a good knowledge of the administrative systems to secure new business. Acquiring the administrative skills to prepare documentation for quarterly reviews for exiting client base.Be flexible to interact with various high-profile clients spread across the demographics of South Africa.KEY RELATIONSClients and Prospects,





Advisor body and direct line of reportingQUALIFICATIONPost graduate Diploma in Financial Planning desired or attainableRelevant B Com degree CompulsoryRegulatory exam desired or attainableEXPERIENCEMin 2 years experience in investment and planning environment, supporting advisorsCRITERIA TO BE MET- CFP or in process of completion- Business will sponsor cost of CFP as part of development plan for Advisory associates development to become an Advisor- Completion of all regulatory requirements- Panel evaluation by Regional Head/Peer review to establish qualitative competence- Critical mass of own acquired clients to break-through on formula and or proven track record to function independently as an Advisory partner focusing on planning- Financial viability needs to be assessed by Regional Head before progression to Advisory partner- AdministrationHigh level of understanding of the administrative requirements in the business pertaining to Documentation, Mandates, Processes, Systems, Products,





Instructions and Service providersClient intimacy while working under supervisionBuilding trusting relationships with new and prospective clientsStrategic involvement and suggestions required to grow the business and setting of new benchmarks for the delivery of services to the existing client base.Identify new clients for Citadel and accepting a source target in the business. Initiate further referrals from existing clientsEnsure constant business development - attract new business, leads and top ups from existing clients.Provide a financial roadmap and investment solutionManage clients wealth by effective advice and change implementationInitiate prospecting events to support business inflows by building quality relationshipsAttend bi-annual client meetings with clientsKeep abreast of changes by attending training,





networking conventionsSubmission of supervision reports if applicableProgress in completion of tertiary qualification and Regulatory ExamPractice Management while working under supervisionManagement of business practice management within Citadel, Management of Stats, Assistant, inflows, FICA and FAIS and internal relationships.Ensure clients are compliant to House view and adopt strategies to change implementation accordinglySupport the planning and management practice with compliance and technical planning and management ability
