This role will call for an individual who will lead, develop and implement all day to day business requirements, whilst strategically developing the long and short term Marketing stratergies. Building and developing on the current team foundation.

To take full ownership of the role, which would include but would not be limited to:

- Digital Footprint
- Marketing / Media
- Branding

Ensure internal / external promotions and events adhere to brand standards

Develop opportunities that allow strategic partners and other relevant brands promotional access to Planet Fitness venues

Manage the working relationship with all third party service providers relevant to the above the







line / below the line marketing events and promotional requirements

Manage the working relationship with all internal clients,

Managing of budgets and achieving of revenue targets

Reporting: Feedback and Return on Investment

Overseeing the executing and implementing strategies to drive online traffic to the company website, tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the website.

Overseeing the continual development and managing digital marketing campaigns

Monitoring the implementation and range of techniques which would include SEO and PPC

Managing and overseeing the social media strategy for the company, all online product, brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness.

Improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website

Take responsibility for planning for the business unit budget pertaining to the marketing division.

Keeping the company up to date with regards to developments and technologies within the market.

Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the company website.







Overseeing the digital marketing campaigns

Utilising a range of techniques including paid search, SEO and PPC.

Overseeing the social media strategy for the company.

Managing online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness.

Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the company website.

Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns

Improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website

Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data.

Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in the marketing sector

Develop and continually expand on Social Media foot print to ensure extensive exposure

To ensure that all branding is in line with the required business policies and procedures

Analysing,





researching and ensuring that you are up to date with all competitions and trends in the market

Ensuring that all digital, branding and media strategies are inline regarding the companies policies, procedures and requirements.

Ensure all external promotions, events and launches adhere to brand standards

Develop win-win opportunities that allow strategic partners and other relevant brands promotional access to Planet Fitness venues

Execution of all approved campaigns, events and launches

Managing of budgets and achieving of revenue targets

Liaising and building of strong open communication line with all third-party suppliers

Keen eye for detail and ability to work within a fast-paced environment







Build key working relationships within the current clubs

Ability to manage a team and continual synergy within the group

Weekly meetings with the executive board and stakeholders
