An opportunity for a leanership to support:the Finance team in maintaining accurate financial records, executing and ensuring compliance with all relevant legislationPlease note that the successful candidate will need to be registered and complete a company-selected and SETA-approved learnership.RequirementsPRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESFinance Intern Assist Finance team (vendor recons, processing vendors invoices, disposal forms, treasury payments) Assisting Finance Manager with Treasury updates ( Opening bank accounts and updating bank mandates.
Assist the payroll team ( processing payroll data, collating payroll reports) Assist in Finance Manager with company secretarial updates (Changes in Director, CIPC updates)
Ad-hoc duties Attend and complete the company selected SETA approved Learnership SKILLS and COMPETENCIES Strong behavioural connection with values of service, relationships and teamwork High energy level / self motivated /planning and organising Team player / collaborative / initiative / innovative / persuasive Highly developed communication skills (written / verbal / non-verbal) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong financial numeracy and analytical skills Be structured and organised Ability to work on own initiative Ability to challenge views & make rational arguments Ability to work under pressure and in a deadline driven environment Attention to detail QUALIFICATIONS Matric A graduate in Finance/Accounting degree/diploma would be beneficial Above average communication skills (written/verbal/non-verbal) Numerical acumen Computer literate - MS Office,
