Sales Revenue Growth
Implement strategies to increase revenue.
Develop and implement strategic business development plans.
Increase in sales over a specific period.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet revenue targets.
Networking
Attend networking events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the company and its services.
Build partnership and strategic alliances.
Market Research
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform business development strategy.
Proposal, Tender and Presentation Pitch
Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Identify Request for proposals/ tenders and compile submissions.
Performance Analysis
Track sales performance and the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
Analyse data and generate reports to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
Budget Management
Develop and manage the sales and marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
Customer Relationship Management
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners.
Address customer inquiries and concerns to ensure high satisfaction levels.
