F&I; Sales Executive (cross border) - Commercial / Heavy Vehicle Industry - Kempton Park / IsandoReference: Cen000315-E-2Duties & ResponsibilitiesQualifications:NQF Level 4 Financial Qualification; Full F&I; Qualification; NCR Accreditation; RE5 Representative Accreditation; Code 08 License.Experience:Minimum 5 years experience in similar role (Automotive or Commercial / Heavy vehicle industry preferred)Duties and Responsibilities:Compliance orientedDo contracts on XperteckSecuring files digital and hard copiesYearly training to stay compliant with regulations (18 cpd points per year)General reports for month endDo sanction screening off deals before invoicingGeneral admin dutiesNatis documents gets to relevant banksSigning of clients contracts either on site or off siteFollow up constantly with sales on the progress of deals as clients phones F&I; to follow up on their deliveries and progress of trucksRelationship building with Sales ExecutivesSupport to Sales ExecutivesComplete process of finance from start to end with banksSend POP to accounts and sales executives once payments on deals have been madeDaily banking allocationsRequesting settlements for clients and send them settlements once receivedAttend any other meetings required to attendRequesting deposits from clients when deals are approved on behalf of SalesPrepare letter of undertakings to banks to get payments of trucks from banksGeneral customer queries / assistance / requestsType and do approval letters to clients either bank or in-house financeContracts for in-house clientsRequesting contracts from banks and check them and make sure they are correctUpload files on shared driveRequest DIC invoices from invoice clerksSend and receive Application documents to clients go through them and request outstanding info from clientsConstant follow up on banks for feedbackCompetencies:Read and Write English and AfrikaansComputer Literacy:MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Additional Requirement:Valid PassportMust be willing to travel across bordersPackage & RemunerationR 20000 - R 30000 - Monthly plus Cell Phone Allowance, Medical Aid allowance, Fuel And Travel Allowance, Provident Fund
