Safety & Security ManagerThe position of Safety & Security Manager at Centurion Residential Estate & Country Club is available, and applications are awaited. The successful applicant will be responsible for the integration of security activities to ensure a secure lifestyle for residents of the Centurion Residential Estate & Country Club.The purpose of this position is to manage the planning, coordination, and execution of all security functions at the Centurion Residential Estate & Country Club.Duties & ResponsibilitiesManagement of Security ContractManagement of security infrastructureLiaise with the relevant service providersMaintain a trust relationship with the residents and the protection of their lifestyleIncident InvestigationsEstablish external relationships with the relevant role playersRule enforcement and complianceHealth and safety/other applicable legislation complianceMonitor CCTV footageLaw and orderTech savvyAnalyze and integrate security systemsMaintain knowledge of emergency trends and security managementDesired Experience & QualificationMatricPSIRA Grade A or B registeredRelevant security/management qualifications and minimum 5 years' experience in the management of the Security Environment, preferable in residential securityValid driver's licenseOwn reliable transportLive within a 20 minute drive from the EstatePackage & RemunerationMarket relatedInterested?Values: No criminal record, trustworthy, honesty, committed, people management, planning, balanced judgement, communication, good credit record, proactive and good health.
