We are seeking a Technical Sales Representative with a strong technical background and sales experience to join our team in Wadeville. The successful candidate will have a qualification in Boilermaker/Welder or Mechanical Engineering, and experience in steel fabrication. A background in mining, manufacturing, or power industries is preferred.
Qualifications:
- Grade 12
- Boilermaker/Welder qualification /Mechanical Engineering Diploma or Degree
Responsibilities:
- Generate new sales leads and build relationships with existing clients
- Conduct technical sales presentations and product demonstrations
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Provide technical support and solutions to clients
- Meet sales targets and contribute to team goals
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of sales experience
- Technical qualification in Boilermaker/Welder or Mechanical Engineering
- Experience in steel fabrication
- Driver's License
- Sober habits
- Fluent in English
- Background in mining, manufacturing, or power industries
- Willing to travel nationwide
Skills:
- Technical knowledge of steel fabrication and mechanical engineering
- Excellent sales and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
