As the Head of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in formulating and executing our client's customer growth strategy. Leveraging data-driven insights, you will identify opportunities, develop winning strategies, and drive cross-functional implementation to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

- Utilize market insights to inform sales strategies and drive growth.
- Lead end-to-end project management on key business priorities.






- Collaborate with the Decision Analytics team to generate data-driven recommendations.
- Build and maintain influential relationships with customers and suppliers.
- Inspire and empower the sales team to achieve strategic goals.
- Set clear performance metrics and implement corrective measures as needed.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive work environment to drive team success.

Other requirements:

- Willingness to travel within South Africa.
- Based in JHB.
