Motorbike dealership based on the West Rand is looking for a Service Manager to join their team.

Duties:

- Manage and lead the service department
- Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, staff supervision, and work allocation.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback
- Ensure the timely and quality servicing and repairs of motorcycles.
- Maintain inventory and order parts as needed
- Monitor workshop performance, set targets, and implement improvements.

Requirements:

- Valid drivers license (motorbike license essential)
- Proven experience in managing a motorbike or vehicle service department.
