Job Description
A reputable property development company is currently in search of a Foreman to join their team in Johannesburg. Candidates must be experienced in the building sector with extensive experience in high-end residential / high-rise developments.
Requirements :
- N6 / National Diploma : Building
- Senior Certificate
- 5-10 years’ experience within building construction
- Extensive experience in high-end residential / high-rise developments
- Experienced in working on projects from inception to completion (setting out, finishes and handover)
- Able to run sections / work independently
- Stable employment record with contactable references
- Proficient in MS Office
