What You'll be Doing Driver Behaviour Monitoring (Safety Alerts, Geofence, Excess Mileage, Incidents) Enforcement (Immobilisation: Drivers Default and Non-compliance) Track Vehicles Daily Status Track vehicle maintenance and inspection needs Reduction of claims and accidents Managing relationships with key stakeholders.
Ensuring compliance is achieved with our telematics units What You will need for this position Problem-solving techniques (5WHY and TQM) are a must A good first degree in a relevant field A minimum of 3 years' experience 4 years experience in customer care/support roles for Fleet management and safety for risk. Experience in the asset-financing & logistics industries is an added advantage. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Suites (Excel). Ability to manage people. The candidate must possess an eye for detail. Key Metrics Contact to drivers in case of critical alerts Weekly accident rate Weekly apprehension rate Loss of asset Weekly issues resolution rate Drivers compliance and enforcement Who You'll Be Working with: Directly reporting to our Customer Success Supervisor, and closely working with our Operations Team.
