Mission
This role plays a key part towards achieving our ambitions to be best-in-class in attracting, finding, selecting, recruiting, and onboarding talents tied to our business needs.
Core responsibilities / expectations Proactively lead the Recruitment RCoE HR function, driving the recruitment process from needs analysis to advert, selection, and pre-boarding.Build, grow, and develop the Recruitment RCoE team for maximum performance.Ensure compliance in the pre-employment screening process.Responsible for HR transformation initiatives including digitalization and automation.Continuously improve processes and ways of working using digitization and agile methodology.Be a role-model for data-driven ways of working.Act as One HR through active collaboration with HR colleagues.Actively contribute to the development of the RCoE.Competences, skills and experience Bachelor's degree required in relevant area.Minimum 5 years' experience in leadership roles and working with Recruitment.Experience in project management.Extensive knowledge of HR processes,
especially Recruitment.Experience of leading a Centre of Excellence or a Shared Service Centre is highly desirable.Experience of working with cloud-based HR systems is highly desirable.Experience of HR transformation initiatives including digitalization and automation.Knowledge in agile methods and tools like Teams.Personality Outstanding leadership and change management skills.Great communicator, both verbally and written.Ability to build relationships and trust with stakeholders.Strong continuous improvement mindset combined with innovation.Late day to apply: 22 October 2023 Epiroc is committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring we maintain a diverse and inclusive culture.
