We are looking for a proactive and organized Property Administrator with strong financial accounting knowledge to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day property operations, oversee financial transactions related to tenants and creditors, and ensure smooth lease and sale agreement processes.
Systems:
Operate on the best IT platforms, well-structured and well-run systems
- MDA - property management system
- GAAP - restaurant POS system
- Pastel, Caseware and VIP Payroll - finance systems
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage tenant relationships, including overseeing rental agreements, processing tenant applications, and addressing tenant inquiries and concerns.
- Monitor and manage debtors (tenants)





to ensure timely rent collection and maintain accurate records of accounts.
- Coordinate with creditors, including municipalities and service providers, to ensure timely payments and manage utility accounts.
- Oversee lease renewals and ensure compliance with lease terms and conditions.
- Assist in preparing and managing property budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Prepare and manage sale agreements, ensuring compliance with legal and financial requirements.
- Conduct regular property inspections and maintain accurate records of property condition and maintenance needs.
- Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Provide administrative support for property management activities, including tenant communications and documentation.
- Stay informed about local real estate regulations and market trends to advise management and tenants accordingly.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration,





Property Management, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in property administration or management, with a focus on financial accounting preferred.
- Strong understanding of property management principles and real estate regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and property management systems (e.g., MDA) and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-service-oriented approach.
