Maintaining the flow of material throughout the plant by performing the following duties:Operate hand tools as required and assemble, lift,





pick and pack productsSupport and participate in Employee Engagement activitiesFollow defined clean-up timesWork in a safe manner and follow safe work practices and policiesMust follow and work to an established rate as defined by customer demand and standardizedParticipate in defining and improving standard work to improve quality windows for customersIdentify problems; communicate issuesAssist with training co-workersSupport a respectful workplacePerform other duties across the plant as needed as directed by supervision or managementGrind reclaimed material from the production linesGrind scrap material from the extrusion linesOther duties and responsibilities assigned by leadershipQualificationsQUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATIONDependability/punctuality & detail-orientedAbility to read a tape measurer is requiredHigh school diploma is preferredAbility to read/write in English is preferredBasic reading and math skills are preferredAbility to bend, squat, twist, push/pull, reach and stand is requiredAbility to consistently lift at least 75 pounds,
