Job Description An exciting opportunity exists for a Credit Controller at Financial Shared Services Division in Bryanston, Johannesburg. The purpose of the role is to be responsible for the full credit control function for the AVI Group.

Account ManagementPayments of debtors' accounts in line with AVI's trading termsJournals for discounts and rebatesReconciliations of the debtors' accountsCustomer statementsFacilitate new accountsMaster file maintenanceCommunicating with business unitsCustomer visits to ensure good working relationshipsAssist with query resolutions on claimsInsurance managementOrder ReleaseCustomer Visits / Insights Regular visits of customers to resolve queries and build relationshipsDeal with internal stakeholdersKnow Your CustomerReporting and Analysis Report to Team Leader / Credit Manager around monthly debtors' performance and queriesAnalyse issues in the portfolio and make recommendations on possible remediesAdministration Audit facilitationCustomer, business unit and treasury communicationMinimum Requirements: Experience: A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Credit ControllerPrevious working experience within the FMCG industrySAP ERP exposureQualifications: Matric / Grade 12 is essentialA financial qualification would be advantageousA qualification in Credit Management (1, 2 and 3)
