and risk appetite strategiesEngage with senior stakeholders to present tailored risk management solutionsMentor junior team members and guide the execution of complex tasks under tight deadlinesParticipate in business development initiatives, helping to shape innovative solutions for clientsQualifications:4+ years experience in banking risk management or financial resources managementPost-graduate qualification in Risk, Finance, or Quantitative fields (CFA, FRM, PRMIA, FIA/FASSA preferred)Strong knowledge of prudential regulations (Basel, ALM, liquidity, capital)Proven ability to manage projects and present ideas to senior stakeholdersEntrepreneurial mindset with a focus on building client relationships
